CANCELLATION POLICY

For all confirmed Suite/Villa reservations, the following charges will apply:

21 days before arrival free cancelation.

20 days to 7 days 50% of the TOTAL RESERVATION AMOUNT

 The FULL AMOUNT will be charged for any cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival

 OTHER POLICIES

Children under the age of 16 are not allowed, however special arrangements can be made upon special request

Pets are not allowed
